Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–5 years experience in manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables; VBA is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Exact Globe or e-Synergy is a plus.
• Familiar with Lean, process improvement methodologies, and root cause analysis.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive; good communication across departments.

As a Production Planner, you'll be responsible for keeping production organized and on schedule while driving continuous improvement across operational processes. You'll easily switch between day-to-day operational tasks and improvement projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing production and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Supporting automation and digitalization projects to improve efficiency.
• Creating and managing the weekly production planning based on demand.
• Preparing and maintaining production orders, routings, and logistics labels.
• Coordinating material availability and monitoring production flow.
• Managing the shipment and receipt of production orders and goods.
• Maintaining accurate production documentation and updating it when required.
• Ensuring data accuracy within the ERP system.
• Monitoring key performance indicators such as delivery performance, output, lead times, and production efficiency.

• You have 1 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• You have strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables. Experience with VBA is an advantage.
• You have experience working with ERP systems. Knowledge of Exact Globe or e-Synergy is a plus.
• You are familiar with Lean principles, process improvement methodologies, and root cause analysis.
