Job summary

IG Design Group in the Netherlands is launching a new production line. You will supervise the full production process with colleagues, assemble and adjust machinery, and diagnose faults to ensure smooth output. You will also handle order processing and light administrative tasks with precision.

The role requires technical skill, a team mindset, and flexibility to work 3 shifts (day, night, evening). This is an exciting opportunity at a leading European packaging producer.

Qualifications

• A collegial and independent operator ready to join a new project.
• MBO 3/4 working and thinking level required.
• Technically skilled with passion for the work.
• Willing to work day, night and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire production process with the team.
• Build the machine, adjust it and analyse faults to ensure bags roll out smoothly.
• Process orders and perform light administrative tasks accurately.
