Job summary

WerkTalent is looking for an Operator to join our production team in Zoetermeer. You will work as an Operator in a day shift, ensuring smooth production for Filet Americain or slicing lines. Salary up to €3200 gross per month and a permanent or temporary contract are offered.

You should have experience as a Machine Operator or Line Operator, a technical mindset, and be able to communicate in Dutch or English. Transportation to the site is required, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator or Line Operator in a production environment.
• Willingness to work day shifts (early start).
• Available full-time (40 hours/week).
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• Own transport to travel to the location.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Identify and resolve machine malfunctions quickly.
• Convert machines for different runs and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Operate the labeling line and replace labels when needed.
• Carry out packing activities and prepare products for shipping.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean area.
