Job summary

Qualily B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking helpers to work in a modern, clean greenhouse handling lilies daily. You will join both greenhouse and production areas, with fixed hours and a supportive team. A great place to learn and grow in horticulture.

No experience is required as we’re happy to train you. You must speak English. This is a full-time role with the prospect of long-term cooperation, a competitive salary, and a friendly, collaborative environment.

What will you do?

You’ll work in the greenhouse and/or production area and help with:

• Harvesting lilies in the greenhouse
• Sorting and processing lilies on the conveyor belt
• Packing lilies for transport

You’ll work in a pleasant environment with fixed working hours and clear agreements. There’s plenty of room to learn and grow.

Who are we looking for?

You’re motivated, enjoy working with your hands, and like collaborating with colleagues from different countries. You speak the English language. Experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to teach you the trade!
