Job summary

Een familiebedrijf in Venray zoekt een Productiemedewerker voor het vervaardigen van houten coffins. Je zult betrokken zijn bij diverse taken, van assemblage tot levering, in een collegiale omgeving. We bieden een fulltime dienstverband met een bruto salaris van €2400 - €3000, afhankelijk van ervaring. Je hoeft geen ervaring mee te brengen, wij zorgen voor de training.

Qualifications

• Je bent hands-on en praktisch ingesteld.
• Je bent bereid te leren en hebt een rijbewijs B.
• Ervaring in de houtbewerking of productie is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist.

Responsibilities

• Het afwerken en afleveren van houten coffins.
• Handmatige taken zoals het bevestigen van handvaten en stofferen van interieurs.
• Deze functie omvat ook het rijden naar klanten met een bedrijfsauto.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team where everyone gets involved, from assembling products to making customer deliveries. And if you’re practical, proactive, and ready to learn, we’ll train you to become an operator or team leader.

Our Team

We’re a team of hands-on doers.who value craftsmanship, respect, and teamwork. Every morning starts together in the canteen, where our foreman outlines the day. From there, you’ll work alongside your colleagues—assembling, upholstering, packing, and sometimes driving across the country to deliver finished coffins to respectful, helpful customers.

You’ll report to the production foreman and work closely with machine operators and drivers. Everyone has a role, and we support each other.

Your Role

You’ll help finish and deliver high-quality wooden coffins. That means:

• Manual tasks: Mounting handles, upholstering interiors, making sure every product meets our quality standards.

• Machine work (optional): If you’re interested and capable, we’ll train you to operate our automated machinery using our ERP system.

• Delivery: You’ll load your company van and deliver coffins across the Netherlands. You’re our company’s face to clients—respectful, kind, and professional.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00, at our Venray site, with occasional delivery routes.

Who You Are

• You’re hands-on, practical, and eager to work.

• You enjoy creating something tangible and real.

• You see work that needs to be done—and do it.

• Experience isn’t required. We’ll teach you the skills.

• You speak Dutch and/or English

• You have a Category B driver’s license.

• Living nearby Venray

If you have a background in woodworking, production, or logistics, great. If not, but you’re motivated, we’ll invest in you.

• €2.400 – € 3.000 per month gross salary, based on experience.
