Job summary

YER zoekt een Production Lead for Systems om een team van 30 technici aan te sturen bij de assemblage en kwalificatie van complexe modules. Verantwoordelijk voor naleving van QLTC-standaarden en het leveren van topkwaliteit binnen tijd en budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Beheer productieflow en middelen, afgestemd op planning en capaciteit.
• Identificeer knelpunten en voer structurele verbeteringen door in productieprocessen.
• Technische supervisie: corrigeer afwijkingen en werk samen met klanten aan oplossingen.
• Leid een team van technici en waarborg kwaliteit en continuïteit.
• Werk nauw samen met de Program Manager om QLTC-metrics te verbeteren en operationele transformatie te sturen.
