We are searching for an experienced Product Specification Analyst at our Venray facility.
As a Product Specification Analyst (1FTE), you play a key role at the heart of our organization. You transform customer, quality and operational requirements into accurate, complete and controlled product specifications and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) master data for medical and pharmaceutical packaging. Your work directly impacts product quality, compliance and operational efficiency—ensuring our products are built Right First Time.
Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Quality and Operations, you act as the connecting link between commercial demand and operational execution. Through strong data ownership and disciplined change management, you ensure that product data is reliable, compliant and consistently applied across systems.
You are part of the Product Specification team, where accuracy, process discipline and ownership are essential.
In this role, you create, build and maintain SKUs and related product master data in SAP and supporting systems. You handle changes, transfers and revisions in a structured and controlled way, ensuring alignment with internal standards and approval processes. You coordinate and facilitate internal approval processes for new and updated customer specifications and translate approved customer specifications into accurate, manufacturable SKU data.
As a gatekeeper of data integrity, you ensure consistency across systems such as SAP, CRM and specification platforms, preventing unauthorized or undocumented changes that could impact quality or compliance. You actively promote correct change management and take ownership of a Right First Time mindset, focusing on preventing errors rather than fixing them afterward. You also support the Quality team with specification-related investigations and contribute to continuous improvement within Product Specifications.

You have a Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality or a technical/business-related field and are comfortable working in an operational, structured environment.
You work in a structured, process-driven way and have a strong affinity with master data and ERP systems. You understand the importance of data quality and standardized processes. Experience with ERP systems is required; SAP is a plus.
You work accurately, take ownership of your work and ensure data is correct, consistent and reliable.
You quickly understand technical and commercial information and translate it into accurate and well-structured master data.
You communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across different functions and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are proactive, quality-focused and value compliance and process discipline, consistently prioritizing accuracy over speed.
