Picnic Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to drive supply chain innovation across Europe. You’ll develop product strategies by analyzing data, identify opportunities, and push boundaries to redefine how we build the fully automated warehouse and last-mile logic.

As a Product Manager at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact - you’ll develop product strategies by analyzing data and identifying opportunities that push boundaries and define the way we’re building our supply chain logic.
Setting new standards: implementing the next generation of purchasing algorithms, last mile logic, warehouse components or onboarding automation
Improving the fully automated warehouse: going beyond the business case by designing better strategies and building robust systems (e.g. designing new picking strategies, improving the automated storage system)
Innovating across borders: building a new fully automated warehouse in Germany, opening a new warehouse in France or working on a streamlined supply chain across borders? You will deliver impact all over Europe.
Building sustainable solutions:launch new initiatives to improve the quality of fresh products like fruits, vegetables and bread during storage and delivery to improve customer satisfaction, and enable us to operate a supply chain where we consider safety first
Leading with ambition: Using your relentless determination and grit to take the driver's seat and redefine the puzzle behind a smooth grocery shopping experience
Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics or an equivalent quantitative study
2-5 years of work experience in a product-led company, ideally experienced with building supply chain solutions
Problem-solving mindset and passion for tackling complex challenges
Strong communication skills which allow you to convert abstract plans into concrete actions for your team
