Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Product Manager / Data Steward within the Data Management & Data Products team of the Markets and Treasury Tribe & Service Centre. You will bridge business, regulation and technology to translate data management requirements into effective controls and practical implementations.

You will coach data management activities, drive BCBS239 compliance, monitor data quality, and coordinate data issues across multiple systems and stakeholders while supporting a culture of data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Management and/or Data Governance.
• Experience in Financial Markets and/or with products traded by Markets & Treasury.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on business and regulatory requirements as well as the technical implementation of Data Management controls.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach in a regulated environment.
• Ability to switch between multiple systems and topics quickly.
• Result-oriented mindset with proactive ownership of deliverables.
• Confidence to challenge stakeholders and advocate Data Management standards.
• SQL knowledge and ability to monitor data quality; Databricks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Driving the implementation of Rabobank’s standard on Data Management for Markets and Treasury Tribe & Service Centre to ensure compliancy with BCBS239 regulation
• Monitoring of data quality to identify data issues early on
• Development and maintenance a Logical Data that helps teams use consistent definitions and speak a common data language
• Coordination of Data Issues to help both Issue Raisers and Issue Owners actively resolve issues
