Picnic is looking for a product professional to define and ship hyper-personalized experiences that delight millions of shoppers. You’ll work across product, design, data, and engineering to turn insights into scalable features.

With 2-5 years in a product-led environment, you’ll balance user needs with business goals, mentor teammates, and help grow a fast-moving, Agile team in Amsterdam offices. Relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Mathematics, CS, Data Science or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, product-led organization as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking anchored in customer understanding and data.
• Experience delivering delightful, impactful products and collaborating with stakeholders.
