Job summary

Booking.com in Amsterdam is seeking a Product Manager for the Platform Experience team to own platform products end-to-end, from MVP to scale. You will partner with engineering, design and other product teams to deliver high-impact AI/ML capabilities that drive the business and user value.

The role requires 2+ years in product management for platform or ML products, strong stakeholder leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management at a product/platform company is a MUST.
  • Technical background or experience managing platform or machine learning products is required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills and ability to balance priorities in time critical situations.
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to break down complex problems and analyze them in isolation and in conjunction.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead your platform product end to end whether it is building MVP or scaling existing products.
  • Build and adapt strategy to the constantly evolving needs and constraints imposed by the business.
  • Define KPIs for the product, and be responsible for its success
  • Deeply understand the direction of the business and the problems customers and platform users face; extract and identify requirements from other business initiatives, customer requirements and prioritize them ruthlessly.
  • Work closely with engineering, other product and program teams to define and ship products that solve problems.
  • Constantly engage with stakeholders to expand the coverage of the services and create impact.

As a Product Manager responsible for the Platform Experience team, you will help with the overarching strategy and drive the execution and success of our capabilities.This role does not come with relocation assistance.Key Job Responsibilities And Duties
