Job summary

Toku zoekt een Senior Product Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor de end-to-end levering van het AI- en Contact Centre-productportfolio. Je werkt nauw samen met de Head of Product, Engineering en diverse stakeholders om klantproblemen te vertalen naar schaalbare platformcapaciteiten.

In deze autonome rol draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor productresultaten, klantadoptie en de lange termijn gezondheid van het platform, en kun je complexe technische vraagstukken oplossen met data-gedreven

Qualifications

• HBO/ Bachelor-niveau vereist.

• Beheer end-to-end levering van Toku's AI- en Contact Centre-productportfolio.
• Samenwerken met Head of Product, Engineering en stakeholders om klantproblemen om te zetten in schaalbare capaciteiten.

As our Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Toku's AI and Contact Centre product portfolio. Working closely with the Head of Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll turn validated customer problems into scalable platform capabilities, balancing customer needs, technical architecture and commercial outcomes. This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role where you'll be accountable for product outcomes, customer adoption and the long-term health of the platform— not simply delivering features.
