Job summary

Howspace is seeking a Product Manager to guide fast, AI-enabled feature delivery in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment. You will own initiatives end-to-end, from customer problem framing to shipped feature and measured outcome, working closely with the VP of Product and an engineering team adopting agentic AI.

You will map customer problems rapidly, craft precise specs for engineers and AI agents, and drive day-to-day delivery while maintaining a ruthless backlog discipline.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of shipping real features to production and owning the outcomes.
• Ability to make smart choices with 60–70% data and pivot fast when needed.
• Experience leading and sustaining high-velocity weekly or biweekly shipping cycles.
• Comfort challenging ideas constructively, committing to choices, and executing independently.
• Hands-on experience building AI features or working directly with AI coding tools.
• Sharp written communication that empowers teams to move forward without needing a meeting.
• Being genuinely energized by a fast-paced environment with skyrocketing development speeds.
• Experience in the L&D or HR tech space is a plus.
• Typically requires 5+ years of PM experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
