Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a product management intern to join our Digital Product team in Amsterdam for 6-7 months, starting October 15th. You’ll work with global stakeholders and participate in the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering to backlog prioritization and post-release analytics.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to shape the digital tools powering TSH, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hybrid hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands; available full-time (40 hrs/week).
• In-person role from Amsterdam Support Hub; occasional travel to NL locations.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers across multiple Digital product areas: define requirements, write user stories, and link engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and final users.
• Join sprint plannings, stand-ups, and product demos; track notes and follow-ups.
• Research the market and competitors to spot opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Analyze product usage data and user feedback to shape feature improvements.
• Help bring our app, booking platform, and internal tools to life.
