Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a product management intern to join our Digital Product team at our Amsterdam HQ for 6–7 months starting February 2027. You will work with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to shape digital tools and experiences powering TSH.

You’ll gather requirements, write user stories, and help track feature performance post-launch, with exposure to a global stakeholder network and a fast-paced, hybrid hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university (WO/HBO)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands
• Available for full-time in-person role (Amsterdam)
• Experience or coursework in product management, data analysis or software development

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers across multiple Digital product areas by defining requirements and writing user stories
• Join sprint planning, stand-ups, and demos; document notes and follow-ups
• Research market and competitors to spot opportunities and inform decisions
• Analyze product usage data and user feedback to shape improvements
• Assist bringing app, booking platform, and internal tools to life
