Kramp in the Netherlands is seeking a Product Compliance Specialist to drive and continuously improve product compliance strategy within an international environment. You will partner with senior stakeholders, owning end-to-end regulatory processes and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
You will work with the PQC team, manage dossiers, SDS, DG, and technical files, coordinate audits, and align regional practices.
For our Product Quality & Compliance team, we are looking for a Product Compliance Specialist who will drive and continuously improve product compliance strategy and execution within an international environment.
In this role, you will act as a key partner to senior stakeholders, including the Senior Product Compliance Expert and Manager PQC, owning end-to-end compliance processes and proactivelyidentifyingrisks and improvement opportunities.
Ensuring and safeguardingpresent and future emerging regulationsin strategic and operational daily practice of Product Compliance.
Own and continuouslyoptimizetechnical dossiers,Dangerous Goods (DG)and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring compliance with existingregulations.
Lead and own the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Process including monitoring and improvement.
Drive the preparation and validationof technical files in collaboration with internal teams and external service partners (including private label and non-EU products).
Oversee and ensure accuracy of compliance reporting, whiledriving improvements in reporting processes(batteries, electrical equipment, oil, tires, and packaging).
Manage supplier compliance performance, includingrisk assessment, escalation, and strategic follow-upvia CRM systems.Contributein (regulatory) data management systems.
Supportaudits and compliance-related projects, includingcross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
Identifyregulatory risks and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives across regions.
You will be part of the Product Quality and Compliance Team (PQC) which currently consist of 6 Product Quality and Product Compliance Specialists. The PQC team is part of the Category & Buying Organisation of Kramp. You will collaborate with other team members and with relevant stakeholders within Kramp and externally with other stakeholders, authorities and service providers.
4–7 years of experiencein product compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s level education or equivalent work experience (e.g., Law, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering).
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
Experience managing complex compliance processes and external partners.
Strong affinityand experiencewith management of (regulatory) data and systems.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business impact and strategy.
Proven project leadership experience.
