Job summary

Are you commercially driven, analytically strong and passionate about developing product categories and identifying new market opportunities? For Kyocera Senco, an international company specializing in fastening solutions and technical products, we are looking for a Product Category Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing assigned product categories, with a strong focus on growth, strategy and profitability. You will join a European Product Category Management team consisting of four colleagues and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product and category strategies.
• Manage and optimize product portfolios and the entire product lifecycle.
• Take responsibility for pricing, margins, profitability and product master data.
• Analyze market trends, competitors and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and suppliers.
• Monitor KPIs and initiate product and process improvements.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in Product Management, Category Management or a similar commercial role.
• Experience with pricing, product development and portfolio optimization.
• Experience with Master Data Management is required.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Experience with technical products, construction materials or industrial applications is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills are required, as English is the company’s working language. A basic understanding of Dutch is also expected, although fluency is not required.
• A proactive, independent and structured working approach.
• Willingness to travel internationally, particularly during the onboarding period.
