Job summary

Fundaments zoekt een Procurement & Contract Specialist die zowel operationele als tactische inkoop beheert en contractmanagement regelt. Je zorgt dat leveranciers leveren volgens afspraken, kosten onder control blijven en processen up-to-date zijn.

Je analyseert behoeftes, plant samen met Projects, Sales en Finance, bewaakt SLA's en facturering, en beheert contractregistraties en risico's met naleving van interne richtlijnen.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for both operational and tactical procurement as well as professional contract management.
• You will ensure that resources and services are available on time, under optimal conditions, and within budget.
• Operational procurement - Placing and following up on purchase orders
• Coordinating needs and planning with Projects, Sales, and Finance
• Monitoring delivery times, SLAs, and invoicing
• Handling discrepancies in deliveries, invoices, or contract terms
• Providing consumption and license reports
• Tactical procurement & supplier management - Requesting, comparing, and evaluating quotes
• Negotiating price, terms, SLAs, and contract durations
• Selecting and evaluating suppliers
• Maintaining professional relationships with strategic partners
• Contract management - Recording and managing contracts
• Monitoring durations, renewals, indexations, and notice periods
• Ensuring complete and up-to-date contract registration
• Identifying contract risks and deviations
• Compliance & risk management - Overseeing compliance with interna
