Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam invites a Bachelor or Master student to join the Procurement team as an intern. You will work on indirect procurement, market analysis by portfolio and supplier engagement while gaining exposure to senior leadership in a global foods company.

The internship runs January 2027 for 6–6.5 months (40 hours per week). You must relocate to the Netherlands if needed. Benefits include a €625 monthly allowance, a company laptop, travel reimbursement and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled at a European university for the entire duration of the internship.
• You are in your Master’s degree or at the end of your Bachelor’s degree: Preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong PowerPoint abilities; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); EU working rights are required for Netherlands internship.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis by portfolio.
• Assist buyer financial reports.
• Contact suppliers and support buyer negotiations.
• Assist category leads and buyers in day-to-day tasks (contract management, invoice resolution, supplier queries, PO approvals).
• Exposure to internal and external collaborators, R&D and Food Safety Quality.
• Update and maintain the purchasing database.
