Job summary

Ashland Industries Nederland B.V. zoekt een Procesoperator (Field technician) voor de natrosol productie in Zwijndrecht. Je werkt in een team en staat 24/7 in volcontinu dienst, met focus op veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit.

Je bewaakt het volledige chemische productieproces en stuurt operationele processen aan via de centrale control room en veldactiviteiten. De functie vereist minimaal Operator B/VAPRO-B (MBO-3) en VCA, plus een rijbewijs B of een vorkheftruckcertificaat.

Qualifications

• Minimaal een afgeronde Operator B/VAPRO-B (MBO-3 niveau) opleiding.
• VCA-certificaat is een pré; rijbewijs B of vorkheftruck-certificaat vereist.
• Verplichte deelname aan het Rapid Intervention Team (RIT).
• Sommige jaren relevante ervaring in de procesindustrie is een pré.

Job description

Ash. Ind. Nederland BV Voor de afdeling Productie bij Ashland Industries Nederland B.V. te Zwijndrecht zijn we op zoek naar een Procesoperator (Field technician)

Binnen de afdeling Operations wordt Natrosol (Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose, HEC) geproduceerd. Het proces verloopt in een aantal stappen, zoals cellulose snijden, reactie, wassen, drogen, malen, zeven en inpakken. Daarnaast bedrijven de HEC Operators de destillatie en utilities. De processen worden grotendeels centraal vanuit de controlekamer via een procescomputer gestuurd. In het veld is een aantal procesoperators actief. De operators werken in een team in volcontinudienst. Een team bestaat uit een teamleider, plaatsvervangend teamleider en 8 operators.

Taakbeschrijving

Het controleren en beheersen van het volledige (chemische) productieproces, zodanig dat kan worden geproduceerd binnen de gestelde normen t.a.v. veiligheid, milieu, kwaliteit en kwantiteit.

Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om zowel in een team als zelfstandig te functioneren zijn belangrijk om invulling te geven aan deze functie.

Opleidings-eisen

• Minimaal een afgeronde Operator B/VAPRO-B (MBO-3 niveau) opleiding VCA opleiding Brandwacht is een pré certificaat vorkheftruck of minimaal rijbewijs B.

Functie-eisen

• Verplichte deelname aan het Rapid Intervention Team (RIT, bedrijfsbrandweerteam).
• Sommige jaren relevante ervaring in de procesindustrie is een pré.
