Job summary

IFF Tilburg is seeking a Process Operator for a 3-shift production role. You will work in the Liquid Ingredient Plant, handling a wide range of chemical processes and supporting the production of flavor compounds for foods and beverages.

We value hands-on mentality, teamwork, and careful adherence to procedures. Dutch language skills are required, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-installation environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in 3-shift rotation and follow standard operating procedures.
• Proven ability to work in a team and autonomously when needed.
• Fluent Dutch in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily flavors for the food industry.
• Ensure food safety and quality in all processes.
• Follow work instructions and maintain clear handovers between shifts.
• Multi-task across multiple installations while staying organized.

Voor onze productie locatie in Tilburg zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Process Operator International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is een wereldwijde marktleider in de ontwikkeling en productie van geur- en smaakstoffen. Onze innovaties worden toegepast in bekende merken over de hele wereld: van voeding en dranken tot parfum en cosmetica. Het werk binnen de Liquid Ingredient Plant omvat een enorm uitgebreide range van (chemische) processen waaronder filtreren, destilleren, fractioneren en extraheren. Deze processen worden op verschillende schaalgroottes uitgevoerd.

• Je produceert dagelijkse smaakstoffen voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie


• Je draagt zorg aan (voedsel)veiligheid en kwaliteit


• Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse producties verwerkt worden aan de hand van werkvoorschriften


• Je kunt goed multi-tasken en houdt overzicht over meerdere installaties

Jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast contract. Salaris: passend bij jouw kennis en kunde . Ploegentoeslag: 20,5% (3-ploegen). Individueel Keuzebudget: boven op je bruto maandsalaris. Je kiest zelf hoe je dit inzet: als extra salaris of als extra vrije dagen. Extra’s: 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, betaald overwerk, opleidings- en vitaliteitsbudget. Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,23 per km.
