Job summary

Continu Professionals in Nijmegen zoekt een Process Engineer om productieprocessen te verbeteren en storingen te voorkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, kwaliteits- en technische teams aan oplossingen en documentatie.

Je hebt een technische MBO/HBO-opleiding en ervaring in een productieomgeving. Engels is vereist; Nederlands is welkom. Een collegiale, hands-on cultuur biedt ruimte voor professionele groei en impact op productieresultaten.

Qualifications

• Technisch ingesteld en hands-on; houdt van verbeteren van processen.
• Technische MBO of HBO-opleiding of gelijkwaardig.
• Ervaring in een technische of productie-omgeving.
• Vertrouwd met het lezen van technische tekeningen en productielijnen.
• Nauwkeurig werken en oog voor detail.
• In staat zelfstandig te werken maar ook in teamverband.
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlands is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Verbeteren van bestaande productieprocessen.
• Analyseren van productiekosten en oplossen van problemen.
• Ondersteunen bij de introductie van nieuwe producten en processen.
• Implementeren en onderhouden werkinstructies en procesdocumentatie.
• Samenwerken met productie- en kwaliteitsafdelingen voor betere prestaties.
• Testen en implementeren van nieuwe methoden.
• Voorkomen van fouten, afval en stilstand.
• Processen monitoren en resultaten analyseren.
• Zorgen voor naleving van kwaliteit, veiligheid en productie-eisen.

Do you enjoy improving production processes, solving technical problems and finding smarter ways to get things done? Yes? Then this job as a Process Engineer could be the perfect next step for you!

As a Process Engineer, you help make production processes better, faster and more reliable. You look at how things are done, find areas for improvement and work with colleagues to put better solutions into practice.

You will work closely with production, quality and other technical teams. This makes the job varied and gives you plenty of opportunities to make a real difference.

What will you do as a Process Engineer?

Your Tasks Will Include

• Improving existing production processes.
• Analysing production problems and finding practical solutions.
• Helping introduce new products and processes into production.
• Creating and improving work instructions and process documentation.
• Supporting production when technical problems occur.
• Working with production and quality teams to improve performance.
• Testing and implementing new methods and improvements.
• Looking for ways to reduce errors, waste and downtime.
• Monitoring processes and analysing results.
• Making sure processes meet quality, safety and production requirements.

You

• Have a technical MBO or HBO education or equivalent experience.
• Have experience in a technical or production environment.
• Enjoy analysing problems and finding practical solutions.
• Can read technical drawings and understand production processes.
• Work accurately and have an eye for detail.
• Are comfortable working with different departments.
• Can work independently but also enjoy working as part of a team.
• Are proactive and like taking initiative.
• Have a good command of English. Dutch is a plus.
