Job summary

Keysight in Delft seeks an experienced Process Engineer for global hardware product assembly. You will drive production and process planning, layout design, and process improvement in a high-precision electronics environment.

Candidates will have 5+ years in electronics manufacturing and testing, strong circuitry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and testing. Strong knowledge in electronic circuitry.
• Broad knowledge of electronic products and assembly processes.
• Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Establish, implement, and monitor operational compliance against applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Drive process standardization, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives. Able to provide continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
• Manage multiple priorities, assess risks and tradeoffs, propose and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Results-driven, having a growth mindset in the knowledge of products.
• Able to make clear and confident presentation to upper management
• Able to work independently and focus on meeting business objectives.

Kwalificaties

• Bachelor's degree (bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
• 5 jaar ervaring in testen binnen de elektronische productie. Sterke kennis van elektronische schakelingen.
• Brede kennis van elektronische producten en processen.
• Maak en werk standaardwerkprocedures en werkinstructies bij. Werk samen met teams uit verschillende afdelingen om productieproblemen op te lossen.
• Stel operationele naleving vast, implementeer deze en bewaak deze volgens de geldende wettelijke en bedrijfsvereisten.
• Stuur initiatieven voor processtandaardisatie, digitalisering en operationele uitmuntendheid aan. Kan continue verbeterinitiatieven op de productievloer doorvoeren.
• Beheer meerdere prioriteiten, beoordeel risico's en afwegingen, stel oplossingen voor en implementeer maatregelen om risico's te beperken.
