Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten is seeking a Process and Energy Technician for the Venlo region. You will be responsible for controlling, monitoring and maintaining the oven and dryer, and you will drive energy savings and product quality improvements with the team.

You will initiate process optimisations, perform daily maintenance, inspections and logbook analyses, and support breakdown technicians while rotating on-call shifts roughly every four weeks. A hands-on, practical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Vocational (MBO+) level of education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, process or energy technology.
• Knowledge of measurement and control technology and process technology.
• Willingness to attend job-related training courses and to help out outside regular working hours.

As a Process and Energy Technician in the Venlo region, you play a central role in the production process. You are responsible on a daily basis for controlling, monitoring and maintaining the oven and dryer. Together with the team, you ensure consistent product quality and actively help structurally reduce energy consumption.

You initiate process optimizations, prepare daily and preventive maintenance, and carry out technical, control, environmental and safety inspections. You also analyse logbooks, support colleagues with process-related questions and take part in the on-call duty roster once every four weeks.
