Job summary

Jobster in the Netherlands is seeking a Packaging Line Operator to operate and monitor automated packaging lines, ensuring stable production output and quality. You will perform routine quality checks, document process data, and address minor faults while coordinating with maintenance for more complex issues.

The role involves working with PLC-controlled lines, setting recipes and parameters, and performing first-line maintenance. A 40-hour week and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• MBO in mechanical or electrical engineering or a comparable technical program.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production environment or with packaging lines.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components and basic fault analysis.
• Attention to accurate registration and process reporting.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and work instructions.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week and be flexibly available.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging lines and adjust machines to ensure stable production output.
• Perform intermittent quality checks and assemble parts to ensure product quality.
• Monitor process parameters and accurately record process data for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot small issues and call in maintenance for more complex problems.
• Work with PLC-controlled packaging lines and conveyors, set recipes and process parameters, and perform first-line maintenance and adjustments.

Deze organisatie richt zich op het efficiënt verpakken van producten voor verschillende markten. Je werkt met geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen en er is aandacht voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid om een consistente productkwaliteit te leveren.

Functie-inhoud

• Je bedient en monitort verpakkingslijnen en stelt machines af om een stabiele productieoutput te garanderen.
• Je voert tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles uit en assembleert onderdelen om productkwaliteit te waarborgen.
• Je monitort procesparameters en registreert procesgegevens nauwkeurig voor kwaliteitsborging.
• Je lost kleine storingen op en schakelt onderhoud in bij complexere problemen.
• Je werkt met PLC-gestuurde verpakkingslijnen en conveyors, stelt recepten en procesparameters in en voert eerstelijns onderhoud en afstellingen uit.

Functie-eisen

• MBO in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving of met verpakkingslijnen.
• Kennis van mechanische en elektrische componenten en basis storingsanalyse.
• Nauwkeurigheid in registratie en procesrapportage.
• Bekendheid met veiligheidsprocedures en werkplekinstructies.
• Bereidheid om een 40-urige werkweek te werken en flexibel inzetbaar te zijn.
