Job summary

PeakSeek, on behalf of a leading international private equity fund with an office in Amsterdam, is seeking an Associate to join its investment team.

You will support the full investment process across sourcing, screening, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution, across sectors.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, strategy consulting, or a related field.
• Strong generalist investment mindset with solid financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills; operational or value creation exposure is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
