Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer (European Timezone Only) to develop and lead statistical programming activities for clinical data. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as lead statistical programmer and direct activities of other programmers; monitor progress.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and outputs; troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor and train junior programmers; contribute to process improvements.
• Design and implement efficient programming solutions to meet project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback for high-quality deliverables.

• Provide technical expertise and leadership in the development of statistical programs

• Acts as the lead statistical programmer. Directs the programming activities of other programming personnel and monitors progress on programming deliverables.
