Job description

As the Pricing & Revenue Management Analyst, you own the analytical backbone of how Travix prices and monetizes its direct‑to‑consumer travel offering. You partner with the E-Commerce Director and the wider Direct team to turn pricing, demand, and margin data into clear recommendations that improve price competitiveness, protect and grow contribution margin, and sharpen revenue decisions across our key markets and brands.

Working closely with E-Commerce, Finance, Marketing and Supply, you connect what customers are willing to pay, what the market is charging, and what each sale contributes and translate that into concrete pricing and revenue actions.

The core of the role is to drive revenue and margin performance through pricing: quantifying price elasticity and competitiveness, identifying yield and monetization opportunities across the portfolio, and building the forecasting, dashboards, and automation that let the commercial team price faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights across markets, channels, pricing, conversion, demand, supply, and key commercial performance drivers.
  • Drive margin optimization and commercial growth by analyzing demand- and supply-driven segmentation, portfolio performance, pricing opportunities, customer behavior, and market gaps using analytical models.
  • Conduct portfolio segmentation, gap analysis, price elasticity analysis, and forecasting to identify growth opportunities, pricing inefficiencies, and revenue improvement levers.
  • Build and optimize dashboards, forecasting models, and analytical frameworks, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to monitor key business KPIs, improve efficiency, uncover deeper insights, and support smarter pricing, commercial, and revenue-related decision‑making across traffic, conversion, revenue, orders, pricing competitiveness, contribution margin, and profitability.
What you bring to the table
  • 3–5 years of experience in data, business, e‑commerce, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or performance analysis, ideally in e‑commerce, travel, marketplaces, retail, or performance marketing.
  • Solid understanding of digital funnels, pricing dynamics, merchandising, conversion optimization, commercial KPIs, and profitability drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect pricing, traffic, conversion, revenue, marketing activity, and margin performance.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
  • Familiarity with pricing analysis, revenue management, price competitiveness, elasticity, margin optimization, forecasting, or commercial planning is a strong plus.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Basic to intermediate skills in SQL, Python, and/or R are a strong plus. Experience with rule‑based machine learning models and time series analysis is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking website traffic, user behavior, and standard reporting is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
