Job summary

You will work with remote and international teams, leveraging SAP and advanced Excel to maintain accurate P&L reflections and support risk assessment and reserve management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in finance, sales support, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer agreements are accurately reflected in the profit and loss statement.
• Process customer price claims and customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with and guide remote support teams to ensure timely execution.
• Advise sales and finance teams on financial risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal control policies.
• Act as the primary contact for pricing related matters within the sales organization.
• Maintain accurate customer payment and financial position statements.
• Support financial commitment tracking and reserve management.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Serve as the connection between outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders.
