Job summary

Tommy Hilfiger stores are seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand on the shop floor. You will be a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge, helping customers select outfits and provide informed recommendations.

Experience in hospitality or retail is valued, with strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

• You have previous experience in hospitality or retail.
• You have good communication skills with the ability to easily build relationships.

• You are adaptable, can work at pace, energetic and authentic with a clear presence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer questions.
• Be a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers.
• Assemble outfits for customers and provide further product recommendations.
• Assess customer needs and provide help and information about product features.
• Lead store KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Ensure store and warehouse maintenance, presentation and organization are handled properly.
