Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in the Netherlands is seeking a diligent Repack Team Member to support production by repacking parts from storage into customer-ready containers. You will print and label containers via Plex, follow work instructions, and report daily objectives to supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, with shifts 1st–3rd, including weekends as needed. You must be able to lift and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and safety procedures.
• Must be able to follow plant rules and work instructions.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours per day, including weekends.
• Must demonstrate honesty, reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Repack various parts into different containers.
• Print and label new containers.
• Complete one part number at a time.
• Communicate daily objectives and repack requirements with supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and plant rules.
