Qualifications

• VMBO level 3 education or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a metal fabricator or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Focus on safety, precision, and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete trailers and structural components from drawings.
• Perform welding to join parts securely and accurately.
• Cut and grind materials for assembly readiness.
