Job summary

The role offers a gross hourly wage of €15.97 rising to €16.47 after takeover on a fixed-term contract, with opportunities to advance to €18.50 per hour. Overtime and weekend allowances apply, plus travel reimbursements and a direct contract
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of precision production experience.
- Familiarity with procedures, work instructions and quality standards.
- Understanding of hygiene and quality requirements.
- Experience with measuring instruments is a plus.
- Accurate, detail-oriented; good team player.
- Dutch or English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform production activities for medical semi-finished and finished products.
- Operate machines and tools per procedures.
- Inspect products for quality and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized workplace.
- Identify deviations and propose improvements.
- Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations.
- Contribute to an efficient production process.
