Job summary

Manpower Netherlands is seeking a high-tech assembly technician in Hengelo to assemble and install mechanical components and complete systems from technical drawings and specifications.

You will perform precision mechanical and electrical assembly, carry out quality inspections, read drawings, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a direct contract, English as the primary language in the team, and a salary range of €3,200–€3,800 gross monthly.

Qualifications

• At least an mbo level of education or a comparable technical background.
• Proven experience in an assembly role within a technical production environment.
• Hands-on experience with precision mechanical and electrical assembly work.
• Good reading of technical drawings, work instructions and specifications.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and installing mechanical components and complete systems from drawings and specs.
• Performing precision mechanical and electrical assembly work.
• Reading from technical drawings and work instructions.
• Carrying out quality inspections and verifying dimensions and tolerances.
• Identifying deviations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting testing, adjustment and commissioning activities.
