Job summary

VDL Groep is seeking an assembly technician to join our automated line. You will assemble complex wheel hubs with precision, collaborating with colleagues and the quality team to identify deviations early.

Training will be provided to learn our processes and you will work closely with production to ensure top quality results. The role requires a technical VMBO/MBO background, willingness to work 3 shifts with a 25% shift allowance, and fluency in English or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Must have technical VMBO/MBO education.
• Relevant work experience as an assembly mechanic or equivalent.
• Willing to work 3 shifts with 25% shift allowance.
• Excellent command of English or Dutch.
• Good technical understanding and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex wheel hubs on a largely automated production line.
• Coordinate with the quality department to spot deviations early.
• Work precisely and report issues before final assembly.
