Tata Steel Netherlands zoekt een Power Platform consultant om een toekomstbestendige Power Platform-capaciteit te bouwen die kritieke bedrijfsprocessen ondersteunt. Je werkt aan Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse en Microsoft 365-integraties en vertaalt zakelijke behoeften naar realiseerbare oplossingen.

Je werkt samen met stakeholders, Product Owners, architects en developers en draagt bij aan governance, beveiliging en onderhoudbaarheid van de oplossingen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s HBO-niveau in IT of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
• Minimaal 5 jaar IT-ervaring met Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Kennis van ALM, deployment, testing, governance, security en supportmodellen.
• Ervaring met integraties, API's, custom connectors, SharePoint Online, Azure en Agile/DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Ontwerp, ontwikkel en verbeter Power Platform-oplossingen.
• Vertaal zakelijke behoeften naar functionele/technische ontwerpen en advisering.
• Help mee aan onboarding van apps en zorg voor documentatie en ownership.
• Bevorder continue verbetering, samenwerking en governance via Agile/DevOps.

Would you like to play a key role in the digital transformation of Tata Steel Netherlands? And do you enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology and innovation? As a Power Platform Consultant within the Acquire to Decommission (A2D) value stream, you will help build a future-proof Power Platform capability that supports critical business processes across the organization.

You will work in an environment with a large and growing portfolio of Power Platform solutions, ranging from citizen-developed applications to business-critical enterprise platforms. Together with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers and external partners, you will ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with business priorities.

As a power platform lead consultant at Tata Steel...

• Design, develop and improve Power Platform solutions. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages and Microsoft 365 integrations to modernise and optimise business processes across multiple domains.
• Translate business requirements into practical solutions. You will analyse business needs, create functional and technical designs, and advise stakeholders on the most suitable solution, integration or architecture approach.
• Support the professionalisation of the Power Platform landscape. You will help onboard existing applications into Digital Technologies and ensure proper documentation, ownership, support processes and knowledge transfer are in place.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaboration. You will support incident resolution, testing and releases, participate in Agile ceremonies, and coach colleagues and citizen developers in Power Platform best practices, governance and maintainability.

• A Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Information Technology, Business Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT experience, including strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), deployment processes, testing, release management, governance, security and support models.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, custom connectors, SharePoint Online, Azure services, SQL and working within Agile or DevOps environments.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or related Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Power Platform environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring and performance optimisation.
• Experience in asset management, engineering, maintenance processes or SAP environments.
• Experience supporting citizen development initiatives and transitioning business‑managed applications into formal IT support.

You will be part of the IT Development & Operations team within IT Applications & Transformation, one of the key pillars of Digital Technologies at Tata Steel Netherlands.

Digital Technologies plays a central role in delivering secure, reliable and scalable digital solutions that enable business value. The Acquire to Decommission value stream supports processes across engineering, maintenance, asset management, downstream operations and application lifecycle management.

Within this environment, you will help build a mature Power Platform DevOps capability. You will contribute to professionalising delivery and support processes, reducing dependency on informal business‑managed solutions and ensuring Power Platform applications provide sustainable long‑term value to the business.
