Job summary

Chemours Netherlands B.V. seeks a Process Operator B for the Dordrecht Power Utilities section. You will monitor and support energy and utilities processes essential to the plant’s operation, including steam, cooling, compression and power supply.

We value a VAPRO B qualification and a proactive, independent worker. Dutch communication is required and English is acceptable; the role offers competitive compensation and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• You have completed a VAPRO B education or equivalent.
• Experience in a (chemical) production environment is an asset but not required.
• You take initiative, work independently and hands-on when needed.
• You think calmly and analytically, stay composed during deviations and actively solve problems.
• You communicate clearly in Dutch and can manage in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the complete process in our Power Utilities facilities.
• Control and adjust the processes involved.
• Maintain oversight of the process from the control room.
• Perform patrol rounds and report deviations in the installations.
• Carry out first-line maintenance and prepare technical tasks for maintenance work.
• Look for opportunities to optimize processes and improve plant reliability and team efficiency.

Voor uitbreiding van onze afdeling FluoroMonomers & Power locatie Dordrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Proces Operator B (M, V, X). Als Procesoperator binnen de Power Utilities afdeling bij Chemours in Dordrecht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en ondersteunen van energie- en utilitiesprocessen die essentieel zijn voor het functioneren van onze fabriek. Je werkt op een plek waar alles samenkomt: stoom, koeling, compressie en energievoorziening.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en sturen van het complete proces dat plaatsvindt in onze Powerutility faciliteiten
• De processen die daarbij aan de orde komen controleer je en stuur je aan
• Vanuit de controlekamer houd je alle aspecten van het proces in de gaten
• Je voert patrouille rondes uit en signaleert afwijkingen aan de installaties
• Je voert eerste lijns-sleutelwerk uit en voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden doe je het proces technische voorbereidende werk
• Met jouw altijd scherpe oog let je op het optimaliseren van processen; Je doet voorstellen om de betrouwbaarheid van de fabriek en de efficiëntie van je team te verhogen.

Vereisten

• Je hebt een afgeronde VAPRO B opleiding of gelijkwaardig
• Ervaring in een (chemische) productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
• Je ziet waar werk ligt, pakt dit zelfstandig op en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
• Je denkt nuchter en analytisch, blijft rustig bij afwijkingen en zoekt actief naar oplossingen.
• Je communiceert duidelijk in het Nederlands en kunt je redden in het Engels.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salaris tussen €3.160,- en €4.150,- bruto per maand (excl. Vakantiegeld en 13e maand en ploegentoeslag ).
• Ploegentoeslag van 27% ook bovenop je 13e maand en vakantiegeld.
• Vakantiegeld (8%), 13e maand (8,33%), levenslooptoeslag (2,4%) en teambonus.
• Het is ook mogelijk om je 13e maand in te ruilen voor maar liefst 20 extra vrije dagen (of gedeeltelijk)!
• Vanaf 25 vakantiedagen en een ADV-dag (afhankelijk van dienstjaren en leeftijd neemt het aantal vakantiedagen & ADV-uren toe).
• Reiskostenvergoeding conform het personeelshandboek en bijdrage ziektekostenverzekering van ca. €1.200,- bruto per jaar.
• Ontwikkelmogelijkheden, waaronder opleidingen en trainingen.
• Iedere medewerker heeft ook een jaarlijks ontwikkelbudget, die je tot 3 opeenvolgende jaren kan meenemen.
