Job summary

PepsiCo’s Broek op Langedijk plant seeks a Finance Controller to drive accurate performance reporting and support investment decisions. You’ll collaborate with the BOL Leadership Team across departments to ensure financial objectives align with operations.

With 3+ years in finance, controlling or business economics, you’ll translate data into insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, and lead budgeting, forecasting and risk assessments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• ERP systems experience; SAP is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant finance team to analyze operational performance and produce actionable reports.
• Be a member of the BOL Leadership Team and help develop and implement strategy; promote safety and productivity.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements and process optimization.
• Take responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis with operations.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
• Support investment evaluations and monitor cost developments related to NPDs and product changes.
