Job summary

Cecconi's Amsterdam, part of the Soho House family, is seeking a passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team in Amsterdam. You’ll run a busy pizza section, ensure precise mise-en-place, and deliver consistently high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced service.

You’ll maintain rigorous hygiene and safety standards, work closely with fellow chefs, and bring energy, reliability, and a team-focused mindset to every shift. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a pizza chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent teamwork and clear communication.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run a busy pizza section to a high standard.
• Maintain mise-en-place and pace during service.
• Prepare, cook, and present pizzas per menu and standards.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and proper use of equipment.

The Role

We’re looking for an excellent and outgoing Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll be responsible for running a busy pizza section, ensuring strong mise‑en‑place and consistently high-quality dishes.

You’ll prepare, cook, and present pizzas from the menu in line with company standards, while maintaining pace and precision during service. You’ll also be responsible for upholding hygiene, safety, and the correct use of kitchen equipment and utensils at all times.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a similar pizza chef role is essential
• A strong team player with clear communication skills
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
• Reliable, professional, positive, and enthusiastic
