Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

Compensation: $32.00 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
