TU Delft invites applications for a PhD candidate in a collaboration between Chemical Engineering and Radiation Science and Technology. You will design and synthesize radiation-sensitive block copolymers, test micelle formation, and study degradation and cargo release, contributing to nanoparticle-based immunotherapy research.

The position is a four-year contract with two initial contracts, salary aligned to Dutch universities collective agreement (€3,204–€4,051 gross per month), plus 8% holiday

Qualifikationen

• MSc degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in multistep organic synthesis.
• Experience in purification and characterisation of organic molecules.
• Experience in polymer synthesis, polymer characterisation and physical chemistry desirable.
• You work well in a team.
• High level of written and spoken English.
