Job summary

Qualifications

  • MSc degree in systems and control, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of control theory and/or machine learning and/or digital twin technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work at the intersection of several research domains.
  • Good programming skills, in particular Python.
  • Good command of the English language and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a framework for autonomous design of formal mathematical contracts for digital twins.
  • Design methods to parametrise controllers to meet abstract class specifications and requirements.
  • Theorise design and verification of complex control policies such as MPC and reinforcement learning.
  • Study interconnection effects of digital twins on stability across systems.
