Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced pedagogical worker to join our team at BSO Anne Frank in Leiden. As a pedagogical worker, you will work with a fixed group of children aged 4-12, creating a safe and trusting environment where they can discover their talents and interests.

Your workplace

You will organize creative and sports activities that fit the children's world of experience. You will work with regular groups and the Nova department, where education is provided to highly gifted students. You see this as an opportunity to make activities suitable for all children and stimulate them to play, work, and resolve conflicts together.

Together with your colleagues, you will independently manage the group. You will be responsible for the activity program, parent meetings, arranging exchange days, and answering parents' questions. You will play an important role in cooperation with parents and the development of each child.
