Greif, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for PCR Technology & Commercialization to lead chemical and polymer engineering initiatives across plastics manufacturing.

You will manage PCR processing strategy, material qualification, and supplier collaboration to expand recycled content while preserving product performance and cost competitiveness. The role interfaces with Operations, Quality, Sustainability, and Commercial teams to drive scalable PCR solutions, evaluate new materials, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in polymer/chemical/materials/mechanical engineering.
• Experience with plastics manufacturing, recycling, packaging, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of polymer materials, recycled resin technologies, and PCR applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and implementation of PCR processing strategy across plastics manufacturing operations.
• Establish and maintain PCR material qualification processes.
• Develop product roadmaps to increase PCR utilization while maintaining performance and manufacturability.
• Support capital investment projects involving PCR processing and related recycling technologies.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Engineering teams to optimize processes and PCR adoption.
• Develop technical standards, process controls, and best practices for PCR implementation.
• Lead manufacturing trials, validation programs, and scale-up activities for new PCR materials and applications.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased recycled content.
