Orion Engineering in Eindhoven is seeking a Technical Operator to operate and monitor automated production equipment, ensuring targets and quality. You will set up, adjust, and clean machinery, assemble components, and perform tests while ensuring on-time completion of orders.

The role requires technical education or equivalent experience, comfort with a highly automated setting, and a hands-on, proactive mindset. Shift work is required (06:00–14:15 / 14:15–23:00).

Competenze

• Technical education and/or experience as an Operator or Production Technician.
• Experience in highly automated production environments.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule: 06:00–14:15 and 14:15–23:00.

Mansioni

• Operate and monitor production machines and workstations.
• Set up, adjust, and clean equipment as required.
• Ensure production orders are completed according to planning.
• Identify and report technical issues or process deviations.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated production equipment, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional product testing and validation

Requirements

• Technical education and/or experience as an Operator, Production Technician, or Manufacturing Operator
• Affinity with highly automated production environments
• Proactive and hands-on working attitude
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule:
• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15
• Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00 (Friday until 20:30)
