Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in the Netherlands is seeking a Working Student to join our Payments Operations team and shape the future of payments compliance. You will support day-to-day regulatory operations while leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

You will collaborate with 1st/2nd line teams, perform due diligence and AML risk assessments, and assist in regulatory reporting. This role values curiosity, technology passion, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A passion for technology and AI tools, with a drive to experiment and innovate processes.
• Strong desire to understand partner regulatory needs and deliver exceptional support.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the determination to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious drive to lead excellence in payments operations and compliance.
• Strong sense of responsibility to safeguard platform integrity through care and diligence.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to automate screening, document review, and compliance workflows.
• Collaborate across operations, compliance, and strategy teams to gain end-to-end expertise.
• Perform partner due diligence, business verification, and AML risk assessments.
• Support transaction monitoring operations and assist in preparing reports for FIU filings.
• Assist senior stakeholders with operational administration, business management, and project coordination.
• Clear operational backlogs, streamline vendor due diligence, and maintain process documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on compliance frameworks and operational processes.
