Job summary

Grippr Procurement is an inkoopadviesbureau based in Laren, focused on placing and mediating buyers and contract managers across sectors. This role supports a public organization in South Holland, handling contractual aspects of large water infrastructure renovation and investment projects.

The position requires coordination of a multidisciplinary team, a strong contract management background, and willingness to obtain PRINCE2 and VCA-VOL certificates if missing.

Qualifications

• Requires HBO-level work and thinking.
• Minimum of five years’ experience with similar contract management assignments.
• Experience with complex civil, infrastructure or water technical projects.
• Familiar with multidisciplinary project or contract teams and able to coordinate multiple disciplines.
• Experience with wastewater treatment or sludge processing preferred.
• PRINCE2 certification or willingness to obtain within one month of start.
• Driving license B.
• Valid VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain within two weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into clear contract frameworks for large renovation and investment projects in water infrastructure.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary contract team and link contract advising, execution, supervision and technical expertise.
• Ensure alignment with project teams, consulting firms and contractors; safeguard buy-in for contractual choices during design and execution.
