Job summary

Carhartt WIP in Roermond, the Netherlands, is seeking a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) part time 16 hrs to deliver excellent customer service and bring our brand stories to life in-store.

You will develop product knowledge, support sales targets, follow store policies, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment for our valued customers. Fluency in English, Dutch, and German is advantageous. This role is ideal for multilingual, proactive individuals who enjoy fashion retail.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible.
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and German are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met.
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed.
• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look.
• To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers.
