Job summary

• Two years’ experience in selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or Luxury Retail.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Proactive and positive, a good team player.
• Passionate about customer service and the sales floor, committed to achieving targets.
• Focused on client needs and building long-lasting relationships.
• Clear, effective communication with management, staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique in-store experience and personalized fashion styling advice
• Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items
• Share product and brand knowledge, build and maintain client relationships, collect CRM details; manage personal follow-up with clients
• Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment, promoting the brand image at all times
