Marriott Hotels & Resorts’ Moxy & Residence Inn Houthavens Amsterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage Trainee to support bar and restaurant operations, while developing kitchen prep skills for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced hotel environment, with an internship allowance, parking, and growth opportunities across the Vertiq portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assist day‑to‑day bar and restaurant operations to meet policies and guest expectations.
• Take, prepare, and serve orders from cocktails to dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of service and kitchen areas and equipment.
• Keep fridges and restaurant furniture clean and organized.
• Collaborate with front office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
